Sauna & Energy Ritual

Service Description

A 60 min restorative mind-body ritual beginning with 30 minutes of infrared sauna, halotherapy, and aromatherapy, allowing warmth, salt air, and carefully selected essential oils to prepare you for the experience that follows. The ritual continues with intentional breathwork, gentle head and scalp touch, and focused energy work around the crown and upper energy centers. Pneuma is breath, spirit, and life force: Bringing warmth, breath, touch, stillness, and energy together to quiet mental noise and reconnect you with your inner presence.
