Assisted Meditation is a guided experience using breathwork, intentional presence, awareness, gentle support, and Kundalini energy to help quiet the mind and deepen relaxation and inner awareness.Our experienced practitioners use these practices to create a supportive environment for exploring deeper levels of consciousness and expanding awareness.Depending on your individual path, we may incorporate the sauna or other wellness experiences to encourage relaxation, stillness, and a deeper awareness of the silence within.This experience can be enjoyed by both beginners and experienced meditators.

Absolutely not! Many of our experiences are suitable for beginners. However, some advanced offerings, particularly Kundalini Activation, are reserved for experienced practitioners or guests who have completed at least one 3-day Life Force and Oneness retreat.

Comfortable clothing is recommended for most services, and we will provide the materials and amenities needed for your specific experience.For sauna sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable cotton clothing. We provide 100% cotton towels and water to help keep you comfortable and hydrated.You are welcome to bring your preferred beverage as well. We also offer complimentary beverage options as part of your experience.

Many people also enjoy sauna as part of their self-care and longevity practices.However, sauna and heat-based experiences are not appropriate for everyone. If you have a medical condition, take medications that may affect your response to heat, are pregnant, have cardiovascular or blood-pressure concerns, have difficulty regulating body temperature, or have any other concerns about whether sauna use is appropriate for you, please consult your healthcare professional before booking.Always listen to your body, stay hydrated, and never feel obligated to remain in the sauna for the full session. Your comfort and safety come first.

What if I don't feel well during my sauna session?

Your comfort and safety always come first. You may pause or end your session at any time. Step out of the sauna, allow yourself to cool down, hydrate, and take some time to relax and enjoy the studio amenities.We provide water and ice for your comfort. You are also welcome to sit back, relax, and enjoy our 68" screen and comfortable lounge environment while you cool down.If you experience dizziness, weakness, unusual discomfort, excessive heat, or anything else that concerns you, please notify your practitioner or a staff member immediately. We are here to help you feel comfortable and determine the best next step.
